How did you come about starting the Minuteman Project? Jim Gilchrist is the founder and President of the MMP. I served as the Exe. Director. I met Jim just after he started the MMP in 10/05. I was his campaign manager when he ran for Congress and is his personal friend. I am now serving as a consultant to Jim & the MMP.

How do you keep yourself from looking like a racist group or from associating with one? We don't have try NOT look like a racist organization. The facts speak for themselves. About 22 % of Minutemen are Mexican/Hispanic decent. Raymond Herrera, our national rally spokesmen is a U.S. citizen who's grandfather rode with Doroteo Arango Arámbula (June 5, 1878 - July 23, 1923), better known as Francisco or "Pancho" Villa, was a Mexican Revolutionary general. Sherrill Burn is our Orange county spokeswoman and she is a member of the black community. We have marched with Black leaders and have openly support The New Buffalo Soldiers, which are comprised of honorable Black men from the L.A. community. Race to us is never the issue it is enforcement of immigration law

What do you think should be done about the illegals here?
1st. Deport criminal illegal aliens after they are released from prison.
2nd. Enforce immigration law in the work place. Stop the hiring of illegal aliens.
3rd. Create a monetary fund that develops Mexican industry so that the need to enter into the U.S. evaporates. The reason I stated Mexico is simply because Mexico is the main source of foreign nations with an illegal immigration status. If it would have been England or South Africa or... the plan stays the same.
4th. As Illegal aliens are appended by the normal action of law enforcement and the illegal alien is not eligible for political asylum then they are to be repatriated back to their nation of origin. Furthermore, the cost to repatriate foreign nationals with an illegal alien status will create a negative entry against future aid to the country or origin that may be approved by Congress, thereby reimbursing the U.S. for the deportation costs.
5th. Redefine the 14th amendment to properly reflect that birthright citizenship is not the intent of the Bill of Rights.
What has our government done or have not done to stop the flow of illegals?
Not done - secure our border, fine employers who hire illegal aliens, review the vote to insure illegal aliens don't vote, create stiff penalizes against nations that send their people into our nation, give federal disability to those citizens that have been disabled at the hands of illegal aliens please go to: http://www.faxdc.com/Get_Tough.htm and listen to the Mike Curley story.
What the Gov't has done to stop the flow? Nothing.
Do you think a wall not built entirely across the border can actually stop it, or just make use of new routes?
Neither. The wall will have no effect, except to do 3 things.
- Give resolve to the American people that our Gov't will protect them, even if it is only a wall
- Send a message to the world that the U.S. is getting tough on illegal border crossers.
3. Place the U.S. on the path of responsibility.
Do you think ICE has the necessary tools to combat illegal immigration?
No. Only the military has then tools to deal with the drug and human cargo invasion at the border.
Only the I.R.S. has the tools to deal with the employers hiring illegal aliens and being paid under the table.
Only the Social Security has the tools to address with the reporting of income earned by an illegal alien using someone else S.S. number.
Only The F.B.I. has the tools to combat I.D. theft and human cargo criminal acts.
Only WE THE PEOPLE can demand that every aspect of our Gov't uses its resources to solve this insidious problem. Without full Gov't involvement WE THE PEOPLE will die within 2 generations, being replaced by a international citizenship status where everyone will be a citizen of the U.S., thereby no one is.

If I understand your question, you are asking: What will happen if our nation stays on the same course without any change to the illegal immigration issue?
The United States of America will dissolve into a cesspool of international citizenship. We will lose our nation identity, we will have no borders and our offices will be held by foreign nations with no vested interest into the welfare or future of our beloved nation. By internationalizing our citizenship we will not have citizenship at all, instead we will be the first nation in human history that will have no national mantra, no future as a people and will become the world's biggest whore.
